MISSION STATEMENT:
The Affiliated Horse Owners of Florida ~ (AHOOF) strives to foster a proactive environment for participants in the equine industry through education, cooperation, conservation and disaster relief. As an organized body, SSHC shall present a unified vision for the development and preservation of equine trails and facilities in a multi-use environment.
We are committed to the following goals:
-Preserve and develop new and existing trails and lands suitable for equine riding and camping.
-Achieve political recognition of the economic impact of the equine industry.
-Educate horse owners and the public about disaster planning for equines through education, awareness and materials.
-Expand the equine industry to a wider segment of the population.
