MISSION STATEMENT:
Ideally situated on 500 acres in the heart of Marion County, this year-round, world-class facility is the centerpiece of Central Florida's equestrian lifestyle and community. Located near I-75, one of the busiest tourist routes in North America and in the center of Marion County, home to over 1,000 horse farms, the Florida Horse Park offers Olympic caliber competition and an exciting schedule of world-class events that draw top competitors and spectators from every horse sport discipline as well as access to hundreds of miles of riding trails on the Cross Florida Greenways. The Florida Horse Park is committed to serving the community and the state of Florida as an equine evacuation site and partner of SART. Additionally, it is a community venue used to host charity events, concerts, car shows and festivals.
